6 Month Complete Wellness Program
Designed to gradually but radically improve your health and your life in general, address and resolve your health issues and concerns, as well as equip you with the knowledge and tools for a lifetime of wellness and balance, 6 Month Complete Wellness Program provides the greatest level of support and guidance.
You are one of a kind, and your nutritional needs are unique and exclusive as well. As your Health Coach, I will encourage and assist you to examine all areas of your life and set concrete health goals. From there, we will create a highly personalized plan that will address your individual needs and goals, taking into consideration your body type, your health history and genetics, your lifestyle, your bio-individuality, and your personal preferences.
During the program, you will:
- Set and gradually work towards achieving your health and wellness goals
- Lose weight normally and naturally, and keep it off
- Learn eating for health and energy
- Try and incorporate new (and better!) foods in your diet; upgrade your eating habits
- Learn how to shop for healthy foods; get tips for eating out, and on the road
- Understand how your metabolic profile, ancestry, and blood type impact your health and diet
- Have fun preparing quick, easy and delicious meals for yourself, and the whole family
- Address your food cravings and binges
- Learn how proper nutrition supplementation can further improve your health and help you to achieve your health goals faster and easier; get tips on shopping for supplements
- Make simple lifestyle adjustments and incorporate pleasurable, health-promoting daily practices
- Improve self-image, feel better in your body; I will strive to make you fall in love with the person you see in the mirror! :)
- Improve your personal relationships; get comfortable in asking for help and support
- Create lasting balance in both “primary” and “edible” foods, and learn how to live an inspired and fulfilling life!
The 6 Month Complete Wellness Program includes:
- Two 50-minute coaching sessions each month (12 total), in person or via telephone/Skype
- Personalized meal plan, specific to your needs and lifestyle
- Personalized recommendations on daily health practices and lifestyle adjustments
- Unlimited email coaching between sessions
- Food Store Tour and/or Kitchen Makeover (optional but highly recommended; you will have fun up-grading your pantry and refrigerator!)
- Recipes, books, CDs, movies, information handouts, lending library, food samples, self-care products, and other materials
- Subscription to the Happy Healthy Newsletter, filled with latest nutrition news and health tips
- Loving support and guidance along your path to improved health and well-being
