3 Step Personalized Wellness Plan
This program is designed for those people who know enough about food and nutrition, health-promoting daily practices, benefits of supplementation, and the importance of prevention, self-care and “primary foods”, but would like some guidance in clarifying and personalizing all the health information out there.
3 Step Personalized Wellness Program includes:
- One 50-minute Health History Exploration session, during which we will talk about your past and present state of health, clarify your challenges and concerns, discuss your wellness goals and aspirations, and create action steps.
- Prior to the session I will ask you to keep a food journal for a few days, and also write down your typical day schedule/routine.
- I will put together “Happy Healthy You” plan, which will include food and nutrition recommendations, sample 2 week meal plan, shopping list, sample recipes, possibly nutritional supplements, daily health-promoting practices, and “primary foods” upgrades.
- We will meet to review the plan, and get your questions answered (50-minute session).
- Follow-up session (50-minutes), usually held 3 to 4 weeks later, during which we will discuss your progress, determine what works and what doesn’t, and talk about what else you can do to take your health and well-being to the next level.
- You will get unlimited email support between sessions, as well as during 2 more weeks after our final session.
This program is packed with a lot of information and is easy to implement; it is of a great value to those who are ready and willing to make their health and well-being high priority. If needed, Food Store Tour and/or Kitchen Makeover sessions can be added to the program.
