I am sure you’ve heard countless times that “you are what you eat”. As abstract as it may sound, it is true. Let me explain…
Like so many of us, you have probably tried a few different diets, and may even have managed to do well on one of them for some time… The problem with most of the diets is that they dwell on carbs, fats, proteins, and calorie-counting. Conventional dietary approaches are based on restrictions and limitations, present you with “good and bad” lists, and ask you to exercise your willpower. They don’t take into account your individuality and uniqueness, your personal tastes and preferences, and your lifestyle. The reality is that such an approach of “one size fits all”, the path of deprivation and limitation is unhealthy, unsustainable, and counter-productive. Most of the popular diets are nothing more than quick fixes, and will not help you to achieve life-long health and wellness.

I have studied all the major dietary theories, and use practical coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. There will be no lists of restrictions and foods to avoid. Instead, I will teach you to find your own eating style with foods that are delicious, enjoyable, and right for your body and lifestyle. It is my intention to change your relationships with food in a way that is sustainable, enjoyable, as well as health and wellness-promoting.
