As a Nutrition Counselor and Holistic Health Coach, I work with young and middle age men and women who are struggling with weight management, eating disorders, digestive problems, stress, lack of energy, and other health issues. I help people create a healthier and happier life through better nutrition, balanced lifestyle choices, stress reduction, and self-care.

It’s All About You! – this is the rule I go by when working with my clients. There are over 100 major dietary theories out there, and the world is filled with contradictory nutrition information. Instead of dwelling on calories, carbs and fats, creating lists of “good” vs. “bad” foods, or suggesting that you stick to a particular diet or program, I will help you to find your own eating style with foods that are delicious and enjoyable, encourage you to have fun, be open and flexible, experiment with new things, and express your creativity in every area of your life, including the kitchen…
A holistic approach to health and wellness is a cornerstone of my practice; that means that we will be looking at how all areas of our lives are connected. Together we will take an inventory of all things that nourish you, not just the foods that you eat. Healthy and happy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. These important parts of our lives can be called “primary foods”, and they contribute to our sense of well-being, nourishment and fulfillment.
As your Holistic Health Counselor, I will support and guide you in finding the right balance in both “primary” and “edible” foods, achieving your health goals, and living an inspired and fulfilling life!
